The hotel accommodated us with a late check-out. This was helpful because we had a long flight ahead. The hotel staff surprised my father with balloons and sweets in the room for his birthday, and he was very happy. The friendly and accommodating staff made a HUGE difference. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding.
The breakfast room was somewhat dark and felt a bit like a canteen from the 80s.

the location near the train station proved very useful. the staff were friendly and efficiently assisted with directions. i found my room, a beautiful double or twin room, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. i also appreciated that the hotel held my luggage securely after checkout, allowing me to explore a bit more.
the hallway carpets showed a bit of wear.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the train station. The room was a decent size. The air conditioning worked WELL.
The hotel was not clean. I noticed the toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There was no one to assist with luggage.

the rooms were amazing, cozy, and warm! the hotel area offered various opportunities for sightseeing, dining and shopping.. i found the staff helpful and friendly. i also appreciated the location near the train station and metro..
I thought the breakfast could be improved.. it seemed pretty standard. i also experienced some issues with mosquitos , even with the windows closed. plumbing also presented a problem one day. Everything in the bathroom started backing up..

the staff was helpful when i checked in early it was appreciated.
the room was hot i requested a new room but it was still not great the location isn't ideal there were many turns to get to the hotel i had to ask for directions multiple times it made getting around more difficult.
